Once you've visited Harris, it calls you back... Those white beaches, snow-topped mountains, the azure sea, they stay with you - it's a place that leaves it's mark on you and in turn your life becomes ingrained with it's ebb and flow.

The first few weddings of the year - emerging from Winter into the delightful freshness of Spring... it's such a boost creatively and psychologically - it's awesome to shooting again after a Winter hiatus.  And what a start to the year!

Crisp, clear light - so fleeting at this time of the year, but with a magical quality, bringing gorgeous soft hues of the surrounding green hillsides - when Winter's kind, it's a wonderful season.  Lucky for us, Nicola and Alan's wedding day was filled with moments of gorgeous light - matched by awesome people, and a really touching ceremony.  It was a wonderful day to share with you both - congratulations on a truly special wedding - here are my favourites - 2016 is off to a roaring start!!
